Everyone is different, and that’s why my approach involves carefully considering the “Bio-individuality” of each client. As a health coach, I am an expert at creating a holistic strategy that will shift you toward greater health and overall wellness. I’ll work with you to discover food sensitivities through a process called an “elimination diet”, and testing and will develop a menu of delicious, nutrient-rich whole foods that will optimize your digestion, improve blood sugar regulation, and correct nutritional imbalances, all of which will drive you toward your goal of achieving an outstanding level of health. Through the entirety of the coaching process, I will provide you with an all-around better understanding of nutrition, while delivering the motivation and support you need to sustain your new, healthier lifestyle.

I offer programmes of 1 months, 3 months, or 6 month.
Each consists of:
- 2 monthly face to face or Skype/phone sessions for 50 minutes
- Email support between sessions as needed
- Personalised recommendations per session, to guide you at a
manageable pace towards achieving your goals
- Lifestyle and exercise tips
- Handouts, resources and recipes recommendations
Following the conclusion of your programme, receive on-going support by booking single one-hour follow-up sessions.

Group Coaching programmes can be organised for groups of 5 to 15 people and are tailored to a specific health topic, such as weight loss or food intolerance management. Group sessions have proven to be highly effective due to the fact that each participant benefits from the support of others who are in the same boat.
